Gypsy Rose Blanchard and Ryan Anderson fight over Ken Urker in ‘Life After Lockup’ trailer

Blanchard Gypsy Rose is navigating his post-prison relationships in the just-released trailer for his upcoming Lifetime docuseries, Gypsy Rose: Life after lockdown.

The clip begins with images of Gypsy and her then-husband, ryan andersonin the car together.

“Are you happy?” Gypsy asks Ryan.

“I’m very happy,” he says.

“I think I’d be happier somewhere else,” Gypsy replies through tears.

“Call Ken. You’re probably already talking to him anyway,” Ryan says, referring to Gypsy’s ex-fiancĂ©, Ken Urker.

Ken was clearly back in Gypsy’s orbit as the newly freed star explores life post-prison.

“He’s trying to get back in because now Gypsy’s out of prison,” Ryan says of Ken.

Gypsy shares how she’s enjoying life as a free woman, shows off her tattoo, and talks about consummating her marriage to Ryan.

“I’m in a bit of a rush and I want to do everything at the same time,” she says, then adds, “We had sex. It wasn’t protected.” Gypsy smiles when asked if she is pregnant.

But the couple seem to be struggling when Gypsy tells her husband: “I don’t want to be controlled.”

He also yells, “You’re mad at me because I trusted someone.”

Finally she was heard saying: “I’m going to want a divorce.”

Gypsy is then filmed running towards Ken and jumping into his arms as he spins her around.

Gypsy and Ken connected while she was serving time for the second-degree murder of her mother, Dee Dee Blanchard, through a prison pen pal program. Gypsy and her then-boyfriend, Nicholas Godejohn, were convicted in 2016 of orchestrating the murder of Dee Dee, who had been manipulating her daughter’s life by presenting her as terminally ill. She was released from prison in December 2023 after serving 85 percent of her sentence.

Gypsy and Ken got engaged in 2019, but broke up and she hooked up with Ryan, whom she married in 2022, while he was in prison.

The rekindled romance with Ken comes amid Gypsy’s separation from Ryan. ET previously reported that she filed for divorce from Ryan at the beginning of April, and shortly after, she asked a local court for a restraining order against her ex-husband.

Earlier this month, Gypsy spoke with ET about what’s next, saying, “I think I’m entering a new era in my life, definitely, having learned a lot about myself over these last four months. I think right now I’m just trying to move forward in my life and show who am and discover”.

Gypsy too open to ET about her plans with Ryan, sharing that he was moving away amid their long-distance relationship.

“She’s actually moving to Louisiana to be closer to me,” Gypsy told ET.
