Canada will face France in a men’s basketball exhibition game ahead of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games on Friday in Orleans, France.
Team Canada features Oklahoma City Thunder stars Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Luguentz Dort.
Canada is coming off an 86-72 loss to Team USA on July 10 in Las Vegas in its first pre-Olympic game.
The Canadians will close out the exhibition game against Puerto Rico at 11:30 a.m. Sunday.
Canada will face Greece in Group A in its first Olympic match at 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 27.

Final: Canada 85, France 73
Although France stayed close throughout three quarters, Canada pulled away in the fourth. France’s final lead would be 45-44 at the start of the third quarter.
Wembanyama scored 10 points and was one of four players to score in double figures for the French team. Yabusele scored 18 points and hit four three-pointers during the game.
Gilgeous-Alexander led the team with 23 points, eight of them in the fourth quarter. RJ Barrett followed with 21 points for Canada.
Third quarter: Canada 64, France 58
France would take an early lead in the third quarter and a buzzer-beating three-pointer from Yabusele would bring France within six, but Canada would still outscore their opponent by two in the fourth.
Gilgeous-Alexander managed just two points in the third, and De Colo raised his tally to 11 for France.
Half time: Canada 44, France 40
France kept Canada within reach throughout the first half, but Gilgeous-Alexander scored 13 before halftime, shooting 4-of-6 from the field and 4-of-4 from the free throw line, helping Team Canada stay one step ahead.
De Colo had a solid first half, scoring a team-high nine points for France and had three rebounds and an assist late in the second quarter. Despite Wembanyama being benched for most of the first quarter due to early foul trouble, he had eight points by halftime.
First quarter: Canada 25, France 19
After looking solid defensively early, France’s Wembanyama went to the bench with two early fouls, and Canada was able to build an early lead.
Gilgeous-Alexander led Canada with seven points in the first quarter and Nembhard added six. Guerschon Yabusele and Nando De Colo each added five points for France.
