Reports have emerged about Shraddha signing a 12-month lease for a property worth Rs. 6 lakh per month in the upscale Juhu locality. In fact, the actress seems to have made an advance payment on the rent for the entire tenure period, which amounts to Rs. 72 lakh for the year, as per property documents accessed through Zapkey. She further incurred a registration fee of Rs. 1,000 and a stamp duty cost of Rs. 36,000 for the transaction.
On October 16, the deal was officially registered, making Shraddha the official tenant of the approximately 3,929 sq ft space. The apartment is presumably located on the third floor of a high-end residential tower.
Shraddha Kapoor further bags four parking spots for her luxury cars
The sprawling apartment isn’t the only purchase Shraddha Kapoor made. Along with it, she secured exclusive access to not one but four parking slots in the tower for her cars. For the unversed, Shraddha’s love for luxury cars is a well-known fact. She is even the proud owner of a Lamborghini Huracan Tecnica, which beaRs.a price tag exceeding a whopping Rs. 4 crore. Thus, her copping four parking slots along with her brand-new apartment falls right in with her preference for high-end automobiles.

Earlier, reports had surfaced suggesting that Shraddha Kapoor had plans to rent Hrithik Roshan’s Juhu apartment. As of now, it is unclear whether the reports were incorrect or if Shraddha’s plans had changed. The purchase would have made her a neighbour to Akshay Kumar, his wife, Twinkle Khanna, and their family, who own a sprawling two-storey house in the same residential building.
Over the years, Bollywood staRs.have gained a reputation for paying hefty rents to secure premium spaces in posh Mumbai neighbourhoods, like Bandra and Juhu, which can then be leased out.
